Q. How do I purchase an experience?

A. Purchasing is easy. Simply select your experience, the quantity and add it to your cart. Once in your cart, follow the payment intrusions to check out!


Q. What happens when I purchase an experience?

A. Upon purchasing an experience, you will receive a unique email with all the relevant details. A Fan+ representative will be in touch very soon too!


Q. Can I receive a refund?

A. If you don't want to take on the experience or have changed your mind, simply let us know within 14 days and we'll provide a full refund. We can also help you select a new experience or look to secure a new one just for you!


Q. Can I purchase an experience as a gift?

A. You sure can. Let us know in the check-out notes, and we'll make it extra special!


Q. Can I purchase a gift card for someone
